The basic material of aluminum foil tape is aluminum foil. Aluminum possesses excellent chemical and heat resistance. It is largely unaffected by exposure to many acids and bases (alkali) and maintains its mechanical resilience up to temperatures of 500°C.Aluminum foil has the property of insulation, used in electronic products. But also play the role of electromagnetic shielding.

And it has strong adhesive, good adhesion, and anti - aging function.The tough nature of aluminum’s oxide layer prevents it from being soldered. Due to this characteristic, the aluminum foil tapes are used most frequently as a shielding application for motors, cables, cabinets, antennae and components.

Aluminum foil tape with a purity of more than 99.95% aluminum foil has the ability to eliminate electromagnetic interference and isolate electromagnetic waves.Avoid causing harm to the human body. Aluminum foil tape will not affect the normal function of electronic products.

Notes for use of aluminum foil tape:

1. Before using the aluminum foil tape, clean the part of the substrate that needs to be used.

Remove floating ash and stains. Because use normally in electronic product, you’d better not wipe by water or wet cloth, and you should use dry cloth or dry bristle brush to clean.

2.After cleaning, you can tear off the foil tape and begin to operation. Aluminum foil tape is high quality pressure sensitive adhesive, viscosity is very strong,  

You have to make sure the position that needs to join well, otherwise, When it's a little off the shape, tear it off again. It would be more troublesome.

3. After the paste is done, press the aluminum foil tape with your fingers for several times to give full function to the adhesive layer and make the surface tighten enough.

If there is excess glue running over the edges of the tape, remove it carefully with a blade
