The aluminum plate has a soft texture and active chemical properties, so pressure, friction, a humid environment, and acid-base corrosion can cause losses to the aluminum plate. After repeated tests, clear aluminum packaging standards have been formulated:

1. First, tightly wrap the aluminum plate with a dense waterproof film, carefully seal it with tape to ensure that no part of the aluminum plate is exposed to the air, and place enough desiccant inside the package. This is to ensure that the inside of the aluminum plate is dry and will not be in contact with any liquid, and to prevent loss of oxidation or corrosion of the aluminum plate.

2. Wrap a layer of kraft paper on the outside of the waterproof film. This is mainly to ensure that the fragile waterproof film will not be damaged. At the same time, the thick kraft paper can well isolate the temperature difference between the internal and external environment and prevent the aluminum plate from appearing due to excessive temperature differences. Water vapor condensation phenomenon, oxidation loss occurs.

3. Outside the kraft paper, the entire layer of corrugated paper is used for protection. The edges and corners of the aluminum plate are protected with special corrugated paper. Finally, the aluminum plate and wooden pallet are packed together with metal straps.

After repeated tests, this packaging method can effectively prevent corrosion and oxidation of the aluminum plate, and can protect the aluminum plate during long-distance transportation from deformation and scratches due to handling. Relying on strict and standardized packaging, aluminum plates have been exported to more than 40 countries and regions.
