1. Chemical composition of aluminum foil for beer mark

In China, whether it is made of hot-rolled billet or cast-rolled billet, the common alloy of beer mark foil is 8011. 2. Mechanical properties

At present, the thickness of beer label aluminum foil is 0.0115mm, and the mechanical performance test generally uses strip tensile specimens, that is, a tensile specimen with a width of 15mm, a length of 170mm, and a gauge length of 100mm. According to the user's use effect, 80112O, 0.0115 The tensile strength of mm beer label aluminum foil is generally between 80 and 90 N/mm2, and the elongation is 2% to 2.5%. In addition, different users have additional requirements, such as burst strength. These technical indicators are generally inspected by the wine label printing plant, and the aluminum foil supplier is guaranteed by the process and not tested separately.

3. Aluminum foil pinhole and surface quality requirements

The thinner beer mark foil can only be used for sealing after color printing, so it requires stricter surface quality. The surface of the aluminum foil is not allowed to have defects such as oil spots and obvious marks. After the beer label is printed, small holes should be uniformly punched on the surface of the aluminum foil. This is a unique process requirement for the beer label. 

Therefore, pinholes are almost not allowed to exsit in the beer mark foil. If there are many original pinholes in the aluminum foil, plus the small holes made in the finished beer label itself, the surface of the aluminum foil becomes a "sieve". Other properties of the aluminum foil will become bad which will seriously affect the labelling speed of the brewery.
